Be aware that either the size runs small or it is sized for a woman. I wear a size 38 coat and the medium in this item was too tight and I sent it back. Plus it is very thin. If you are looking for anything that compresses and insulates, this is not the one. If you want it skin tight and thin, that is what you will get.
