Use a tape measure around your waist passing over your belly button to determine your waist size in inches.

Size small will fit a size 28 to 30 inch waist.

Size medium will fit a size 31 to 34 inch waist.

Size large will fit a size 35 to 38 inch waist.

Size X-Large will fit a size 39 to 42 inch waist.

 
HOW TO MEASURE MENS TOPS;

Use a tape measure around your chest just under your arm pits to determine your chest size in inches.

Size small will fit a 34 to 36 inch chest.

Size medium will fit a 36 to 40 inch chest.

Size large will fit a size 41 to 44 inch chest.

Size X-Large will fit a size 45 to 48 inch chest.
